R2R Analyst - General Ledger and Reporting

We are looking for a detail-oriented R2R Analyst – General Ledger and Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will perform end‑to‑end transactional activities related to general ledger accounting, reconciliation, and closing processes. Your work will ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and service level agreements, supporting the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. You will support the transition and stabilization of Record‑to‑Report processes into our newly established SSC. As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset. Work location: Łódź, city center Hybrid model: 3 days in the office Your Role Perform end-to-end R2R activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, including inventory accounting Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and investigate variances Reconcile intercompany transactions and confirm balances with counterparties Prepare analytical reports and support financial reporting Manage R2R master data for assigned entities Maintain fixed assets records in SAP Perform bank statement reconciliations Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations Cooperate closely with local finance, SSC departments and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (IFRS), and company policies Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization Active involvement in R2R projects Ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of all R2R processes Support Junior Analysts through daily cooperation and knowledge sharing Your Profile Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification Proven relevant experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or industry environment is a strong advantage Transition experience would be an asset Solid knowledge of accounting processes Strong understanding of IFRS Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools Familiar with Blackline and Service Now – finance platform would be an asset Detail-oriented, proactive, and well‑organized Strong communication skills with a collaborative, business‑partner mindset Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English High level of integrity and ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment Strong teamwork mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, changing environment Our Offer Work in an international environment within a market-leading company.
