We are looking for Junior Marketing Project manager (fixed-term) to join our Channel Partner Marketing team!! This role focuses on managing and optimizing channel partner campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective execution of marketing initiatives. We offer 1900 gross EUR salary and variable Semi – annual bonus (up to 2850 Eur gross).In addition to a fair remuneration, we ensure additional benefits like Samsung smartphone with all expenses covered, health insurance, daily lunch allowance, e-learning opportunities, and more. Role and Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing clear communication assets, toolkits, and brand guidelines. Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners by aligning objectives, budgets, KPIs, and timelines, while managing asset development and delivery. Consolidate partner campaign plans and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals. Monitor campaign execution, collect supporting materials, and provide performance reporting and insights to management. Collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing activities across all channels. Skills and Qualifications Key Competencies/Characteristics Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within channel marketing. Basic understanding of ATL campaign planning and KPIs. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and work under pressure. Fluent spoken and written English (for cooperation with colleagues and partners outside of Lithuania). Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
