Growth Marketing at Replit owns user acquisition, free-to-paid conversion, and the post-signup customer journey across consumer and business audiences. The team operates as the engine that turns Replit's large base of individual developers into paid subscribers and enterprise customers, supported by an AI-forward marketing stack designed for speed, personalization, and continuous experimentation.
The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth is an early hire on the growth marketing team who owns performance creative as the primary focus while flexing across broader growth marketing initiatives as needs evolve. This role drives the creative strategy, brief framework, and testing system that powers paid acquisition across all channels, designing a high-volume, high-quality creative pipeline supported by AI tooling and a roster of external creative agencies.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this role works closely with Brand and Creative, Product Marketing, Paid Media, Analytics, and external creative production partners.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
