C.H. Robinson is looking for a Supervisor Pricing to lead and elevate our Pricing team across Latin America. In this role, you will have a direct impact on regional growth, pricing performance, process improvements, and automation initiatives that help drive business results across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. As our Supervisor Pricing, you will oversee regional RFQ activity, serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, support and develop a team of pricing professionals, and identify opportunities to improve processes and accelerate automation. You will collaborate closely with commercial, operations, product, and pricing teams to ensure competitive solutions and strong business outcomes across the region. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Establish, negotiate, and execute processes and service level agreements with the branch network that meet the pricing needs of locations and support the enforcement of compliance to company policies and relevant regulations Collaborate with teams around the globe to continuously improve processes, build tools, and share best practices for pricing Work closely with locations to identify and capitalize on strengths/overcome weaknesses in terms of pricing and service compared to our competition Develop relationships with internal and external customers Serve as an escalation point for exceptions Maintain a strong understanding of all C.H. Robinson product offerings and modes Participate in the recruitment, selection, promotion, and alignment of qualified and diverse talent Support the annual merit and equity programs for assigned team to align compensation with performance results Outline and communicate employee role accountabilities and expectations and prioritize and delegate work. Monitor results and provide regular coaching to ensure productivity, quality, efficiency, and service objectives are achieved Encourage employee feedback through formal and informal channels. Work with next level manager to acknowledge and act on feedback to drive a trusting culture of open two-way communication, inclusivity and continuous improvement Conduct regular check-ins and annual performance management routines. Support the team’s personal and professional development; understand individual needs and create opportunities for experiences that support development needs Prioritize and delegate work. Monitor for accuracy, completeness, and efficiency Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 3 years of Global Forwarding Operations, Sales and/or pricing experience Demonstrated verbal and written communication and multi-tasking skills, including excellent project and meeting management Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) Preferred: Previous supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Ability to foster a collaborative and adaptive teamwork and communication style Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills Demonstrated strong decision-making skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, and ability to prioritize tasks between daily responsibilities Values a diverse and inclusive work environment Protect Yourself from Fraud: At C.H.
