Area Head of Operations for Slovenia and Croatia
Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader with strong financial acumen and outstanding interpersonal skills. The successful candidate is comfortable working with financial metrics to support business decisions and excels at building effective relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders while driving operational excellence and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Lead, oversee, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of dialysis clinics and care programs across a designated geographic area. Support the implementation of the care delivery strategy by ensuring high-quality patient care while driving operational and cost efficiency. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for clinic management teams within the region. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and clinical standards. Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practice implementation. Play a key role in business growth and sustainability by optimizing clinic performance and supporting strategic objectives. Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care across all clinics within the area. Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success At least 3-6 years’ experience that enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others Up to 3 years of experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical technology is a benefit Highly experienced in clinic operations management and work allocation systems English fluent as a must.
