Job description
Your Role Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policies and procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis or as needed. Perform transactional activities related to accounting, reconciliation, and general ledger closing in accordance with the company's accounting standards, service levels, policies, procedures, and controls.
Responsibilities
Prepare profit and loss accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis. Responsible for the preparation of balance sheet and journal book reconciliations. Adhere to the company's service levels, internal controls, policies, and procedures. Prepare and consolidate month-end and year-end financial reports in a timely manner. Identify repetitive problems or risks and propose opportunities for improvement for greater efficiency. Resolve any identified operational issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary. Carry out transactional activities that allow accounting and financial activities. Update and maintain the accounting journals of the general ledger. Support monthly and annual closing processes. Reconcile accounts to the general ledger to ensure all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards and make changes where necessary when errors are found. Prepare analytical reports and/or accounting schedules. Comply with agreed-upon service levels, company policies and procedures. Identify repetitive problems or risks and propose opportunities for improvement. Your Profile Skills Strong Team Player Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

0-3 years of work experience Shared Services experience is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
