Strategy & Growth: Formulating and leading the growth strategy among the youth demographic (ages 13–29). Competitive Intelligence: Monitoring and analysing competitor activity in the telecom market and driving reactive marketing and commercial initiatives. Value Propositions: Developing tailored value propositions for the youth audience. Campaign Execution: Leading and executing marketing campaigns and experiential activities aligned with the target audience's world of content. Partnerships: Establishing collaborations with brands, platforms, and communities relevant to young audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working ongoingly with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Customer Service departments. Vendor Management: Managing suppliers and creative entities (studio, media, productions, etc.). Analysis & ROI: Measuring and analysing the performance of marketing and commercial activities, and extracting insights for optimization. . Skills and
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Marketing or Category Management. Market Insight: Deep understanding of consumption trends and culture among youth. Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media—building multi-channel content strategies across social networks. Influencer & Agency Management:
Experience
working with content creators, influencers, advertising agencies, and digital vendors. Event & Activation Management: Initiating, planning, and producing events, activations, sponsorships, and field activities for a young audience. Content Production:
Experience
in managing content productions, shoot days, videos, and digital campaigns. Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
