Job Description As a Transformation Communication Specialist, you will support communication planning and execution for enterprise transformation initiatives, helping employees and stakeholders understand, adopt, and sustain change. You will work closely with program leaders, change managers, and business stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and engaging communications across multiple channels. You will report to the Global Leader of Transformation in a hybrid environment based in India, depending on business needs. Your
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of communication plans aligned with transformation objectives, milestones, and change impacts. Develop and maintain a clear transformation narrative, translating complex topics into simple, engaging messages for diverse audiences. Create communication materials including emails, FAQs, presentations, SharePoint/intranet content, leader toolkits, talking points, videos, and workshop materials. Partners with program leaders, change managers, regional teams, and workstream leads to tailor communication while maintaining consistency. Track communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, readiness indicators, and adoption trends, recommending improvements as needed. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Change, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
supporting business transformation, organizational change, internal communications, or large-scale program communications.
Experience
developing communication plans, stakeholder communications, and changing adoption content.
Experience
using collaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and presentation tools. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 5+ years of experience in transformation communications, change communications, internal communications, or organizational change management.
Experience
supporting digital transformation, ERP, operating model, process improvement, or enterprise change programs.
Experience
with communication analytics, employee engagement measurement, and feedback mechanisms. Knowledge of change management methodologies and adoption strategies.
Experience
working across global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
