Scope of Position We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer with a strong backend focus—particularly in C# .Net Framework, .Net Core, PHP, and SQL—to architect, build, and maintain scalable, high‑performance web applications and services. While this role includes some frontend responsibilities, the emphasis is on backend systems, API development, data modeling, system integrations, and cloud‑based application architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead backend design decisions across complex systems. Primary Job

Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using API routes) with C# .Net Framework, .Net Core, PHP, and SQL applications Architect, design, and optimize RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL‑based data models, schemas, queries, and stored procedures Implement workflow‑driven business processes, system integrations, and backend automation Ensure backend systems meet high standards for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability Design and maintain backend infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration between backend services and user interfaces Contribute to architectural decisions across backend, database, and integration layers Write clean, well‑documented, testable backend code; participate in code reviews and enforce backend best practices Mentor junior developers, especially in backend engineering, API design, and database development Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and backlog refinement Required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Professional experience developing and maintaining PHP applications and services Strong SQL expertise, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
Experience
with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL
Experience
designing and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
Experience
implementing backend workflows, integrations, and automation Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, npm, pnpm)
Experience
with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows Solid understanding of backend security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills
Experience
using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) to improve development efficiency and code quality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
with Next.js or other React‑based frameworks (for integration with backend services)
Experience
modernizing or integrating legacy PHP systems
Experience
contributing to or maintaining backend libraries, shared services, or internal tooling
Experience

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Andover location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $124,000 - $138,000 yearly.
