As our Sales Manager in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and expanding our presence in the broiler segment—one of the most dynamic and competitive areas within Animal Health & Nutrition. This is a high-impact role where you will combine customer engagement, business development, and strategic execution to shape the future of our business in Thailand. The Role & Your Impact As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities and delivering business growth across your territory. You will act as a trusted partner to customers and distributors while translating global strategies into local market success. Your key responsibilities include: Building and managing strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders across Thailand Driving distributor performance through business reviews, target setting, and commercial negotiations Identifying and developing new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships Leading account planning, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking Delivering revenue, profitability, and market share targets Translating global and regional strategies into actionable local commercial plans Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to ensure customer success Representing Novonesis at industry events and strengthening our brand presence in the market What You’ll Need to Be Successful We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong industry expertise and the ability to thrive in a competitive market environment. Required qualifications: Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Aquaculture, Agriculture, or a related discipline Solid experience in the Thai Animal Health & Nutrition market Minimum 10 years of B2B commercial experience within the AHN industry Proven track record in business development and delivering sales growth Strong experience in distributor management, key account management, and territory management
Experience
managing sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insights Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Additional Skills & Interests We Value
Experience
in broiler, aquaculture, monogastric, or ruminant segments Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience
working in regional or global matrix organizations Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative Strong interest in market trends and value chain dynamics
