Where You’ll Make a Difference Guide perfumers in developing, evaluating, and refining both new and existing fragrances Develop fragrance solutions aligned with internal standards and customer expectations Evaluate fragrance performance across applications to ensure quality and consistency Analyze market trends and emerging olfactive directions to inform innovation Conduct competitive product analysis to benchmark performance and positioning Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate consumer insights into fragrance solutions Ensure all fragrance development activities comply with regulatory and safety requirements Support product presentations and customer briefs with technical and creative expertise Maintain awareness of industry developments, raw materials, and formulation techniques What Makes You the Right Fit Degree in Perfumery, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in fragrance development or evaluation Strong olfactive knowledge and fragrance evaluation capabilities Understanding of fragrance regulations and compliance standards Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into product development Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) How Would You Stand Out?
