Product strategy & vision Own and articulate the product vision and roadmap for your product area, aligned with Twinfield’s overall strategy. Translate strategic goals into multi-quarter roadmaps with clear outcomes and success criteria. Actively contribute to product strategy formation by identifying opportunities, risks, and trade-offs between business value, customer needs, regulatory constraints, and delivery capacity. Make and defend prioritization decisions in collaboration with Product Management and senior stakeholders. Outcome-driven product ownership Take end-to-end accountability for product outcomes, not just delivery. Convert insights into clear backlog items, roadmap adjustments, and strategic recommendations. Execution & Agile leadership (SAFe) Own and maintain a well-structured, transparent, and prioritized team backlog. Write high-quality epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, working closely with UX and Business Analysts. Act as Product Owner within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART): Contribute to PI Planning Align team backlogs with Program and Portfolio objectives Collaborate closely with Product Management and other Product Owners across the ART Partner with Engineering to balance scope, quality, risk, and delivery predictability. Foster a strong product mindset within the team, focused on value, learning, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder leadership & communication Serve as the primary product contact for internal and external stakeholders. Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology, UX, compliance, and operations. Navigate conflicting priorities and drive decision-making with clarity and transparency. Ensure effective communication of product changes and outcomes to customers and internal audiences. Domain & regulatory responsibility Ensure that product decisions reflect accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance constraints. Operate with a strong awareness of data sensitivity, security, and customer trust. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and domain experts to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards while remaining user-friendly. Your profile You are a senior Product Owner and product leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and taking ownership for outcomes. You communicate clearly at all levels of the organization and confidently challenge assumptions when needed. You bring: Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results Ability to influence without formal authority Structured thinking and pragmatic decision-making A customer-first mentality grounded in real-world data Mentorship and leadership towards teams and peers Given our customer base, you are native Dutch-speaking and fluent in English.
