For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Management Accountant Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team to support new Working Cell alignment. New role will be key finance lead for two Working Cells - Helix & Earls Gate. Role be responsible for preparing financial information, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance. Working closely with Working Cell leadership teams, drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, control costs, and achieve financial objectives. Key
Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance business partner to two Working Cells (Helix & Earls Gate). Partner closely with Working Cell Leads to monitor business performance and identify financial risks and opportunities. Support initiatives to improve EBITDA and operating cash flow. Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis, inventory reporting, and cost control analysis. Produce financial forecasts, budgets, and related performance analysis. Serve as the central finance contact for assigned Working Cells, resolving and escalating finance-related matters where necessary. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to information requests. Provide wider support to the Site Finance Director and finance team as required. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial regulations. Key Qualifications/ Competencies Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
Experience
in management accounting, financial analysis, or finance business partnering. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience
with inventory accounting and cost control preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams. Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls. Proficient in Excel and financial/accounting systems.
