Senior Analyst - Insurance Support

Insurance Analyst Support for JLL’s Escrow Operations group. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all loans are compliant with the applicable Lender’s insurance requirements. The Analyst will work individually and with all levels of staff and must interact effectively with internal and external parties. The Analyst must demonstrate organization, an analytical orientation and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner. Essential Functions: Review new loan and insurance documents to ensure proper setup in the servicing system and complete a thorough insurance review (certificates of insurance, appraisal, flood determinations, property condition reports, etc.) Obtain insurance renewal information, invoices and/or paid receipts and policies from agents, borrowers, and management companies within specified timeframes, for an assigned group of loans Ensure insurance coverage is in place for all assigned loans per Lender guidelines. Process insurance premium invoices in the loan servicing system and contact borrowers to collect shortages, as needed Analyze insurance renewal information to ensure compliance with investor insurance requirements, including complete policy review Prepare insurance waivers for non-compliant insurance issues and submit for management and/or Lender approval Monitor insurance compliance for life of loan, including insurance reviews for properties with mid-term policy changes or changes resulting from an ownership or management transfer Monitor and update various reports and certifications utilized by lenders and leadership to analyze portfolio risk Communicate escrow issues and coordinate resolution with servicing staff Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and JREC policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Location: On-site –Taguig, Philippines If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
