For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Research Associate - R & D Job Description Execute peptide synthesis (SPPS/LPPS), HPLC analysis, and process development activities while ensuring compliance with GLP, safety, and SOP requirements. Support process optimization, scale-up, technology transfer, data interpretation, documentation, reporting, equipment maintenance, and team training to achieve project objectives within timelines. 1. Perform peptide synthesis activities (SPPS/LPPS) as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Team Lead in accordance with approved procedures and project timelines. 2. Conduct in-process analytical testing, including HPLC analysis, to monitor reaction progress, assess purity, and support process development activities. 3. Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety guidelines, and departmental SOPs while carrying out laboratory operations. 4. Execute experiments and development activities within stipulated timelines and provide timely updates on project progress. 5. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of experimental procedures, observations, analytical data, and results in laboratory notebooks and relevant records. 6. Interpret analytical and process data to identify process challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose scientifically sound solutions. 7. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, including HPLC systems and other associated instruments. 8. Support process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities through active collaboration with manufacturing, analytical, and cross-functional teams. 9. Prepare technical summaries, reports, and presentations to communicate experimental findings, process updates, and project outcomes effectively. 10. Provide training and technical guidance to new and existing team members in peptide synthesis, analytical techniques, laboratory practices, and departmental procedures.
