For more details, please visit https://www.piramalcriticalcare.com/global/ Job Title Manager - Operational Excellence Job Description Job Description - Act as the Site Lead for Operational Excellence, driving continuous improvement and adding measurable value to site performance. - Facilitate manufacturing excellence initiatives across all departments to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (PQCDS). - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. - Lead Focused Improvement Teams and Daily Management Teams, demonstrating tangible improvements in selected KPIs. - Train and mentor teams in structured problem-solving techniques. - Implement daily management tools such as Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, etc., fostering a culture of audit readiness across the plant. - Organize Kaizen events and KPI competitions; share best practices across plants within the organization. - Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for critical products to optimize lead times, reduce WIP, and improve value-adding time. - Drive cost and productivity optimization initiatives annually across all departments. - Conduct Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt training, providing mentorship for improvement projects. - Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct reviews to track progress at different levels of the organization. - Facilitate effective group meetings and discussions, understanding group dynamics and driving results-oriented conversations. - Demonstrate high self-motivation, instill motivation in teams, and take ownership of learning new concepts, promoting adoption across the organization.
