We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our global Product Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce through our flagship Point of Sale (POS) brand, Genius. As one of the fastest growing businesses in the company, our POS platform is primed for growth at scale and this role will be at the center of driving that momentum. What you’ll own Product positioning & messaging: Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in deep customer, competitor, and market insights. Communicate product value effectively to targeted audiences. Go-to-market strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive product adoption, awareness, and engagement. Sales enablement: Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials—including collateral, demos, and tools to support the buyer journey and empower inside and channel sales teams. Marketing campaigns: Partner with revenue and partner marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that attract new customers and drive growth. Voice of the customer: Act as the internal advocate for customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies that influence product and marketing decisions. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, commercialization, sales enablement, and marketing teams to execute product marketing strategies and ensure alignment across the business. What you’ll bring Strong expertise in product marketing within a B2B environment, with a proven ability to launch and scale products successfully. Deep understanding of markets, customers, competition, and industry trends, particularly within payments, POS, or FinTech. Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer-centric messaging. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams. A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and deliver measurable impact. A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
