Role Summary This role combines strong nursing background with sales passion to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and provide professional, well-mannered service to the Company’s customers. Ensures patients and customers are confident in the clinical application of our dialysis products. Your Responsibilities: Sales & Territory Management Promotes and sells PD medical equipment and consumable products to government, private, and NGO sectors; able to develop long-term business relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor competitor activity within accounts and share actionable insights. Customer Engagement & Support Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Collaborate with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to support customer outcomes and business goals. Initiates, coordinates, and executes funding applications for patients. Identifies customer needs and provides appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical, and sales teams within Fresenius Medical Care. Organize and support customer-facing events such as workshops, networking sessions and etc. Training & Education Provides clinical support and product application training to patients and healthcare professionals in hospitals or at patients’ homes. Conduct competency assessments and provide relevant certifications. Provides on-call clinical support during and after office hours based on clinical roster. Clinical Expertise Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in dialysis, critical care, or renal therapy through professional development. Apply evidence-based practices to optimize patient care and provide direct patient support when necessary. Serve as a clinical resource to internal teams and customers, ensuring alignment with Fresenius product offerings. Administrative & Team Support Complete all administrative, record-keeping, and reporting tasks accurately and on time. Participate in internal meetings, support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., marketing, supply chain), and contribute to team culture. Assist colleagues during high-demand periods or staff absences to ensure continuous support. Provides monthly reports and sales forecasts as and when required on all sales and clinical activities Your Profile: Registered Nurse with demonstrated renal (HD) skills or registered nurse with demonstrated intensive care (ICU) skills highly desirable. Minimum 3 years of sales experience - highly desirable Ability to work with minimal supervision and set priorities, demonstrated track record of success in medical sales Highly motivated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, independent, commercially adept, articulate, adaptive and confident. Skills across most Windows applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly developed interpersonal & influencing skills.
