Supply Chain Manager
Job description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for the Go‑to‑Market supply chain in Peru, ensuring strong customer service, optimized inventory investment, and competitive cost‑to‑serve. This role owns the local S&OP process and drives alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing while working closely with regional and manufacturing partners. The position plays a critical role in balancing demand, supply, and operational execution in a complex, multinational environment. Why This Role Matters Provides strategic leadership and significant contribution across S&OP, demand planning, customer service, and inventory management, directly impacting business performance. Oversees production planning, plant warehouse operations, and raw material planning to ensure production continuity and service level commitments. Plays a key role in mitigating operational risk, safeguarding customer fulfillment, and maintaining alignment with regional supply chain governance and standards. What You Will Do Lead and own the Peru Go‑to‑Market S&OP process in line with regional and global standards. Ensure high‑quality demand planning inputs, reduce forecast bias, and improve forecast accuracy. Coordinate demand generation and fulfillment plans to align with agreed S&OP outcomes. Develop and manage cost‑to‑serve budgets and customer supply chain processes, including order management and delivery coordination. Define and execute service policies that balance customer expectations with operational efficiency. Partner closely with regional supply chain teams and manufacturing to support production planning and execution. Identify, develop, and lead local supply chain talent while contributing to the regional supply chain agenda. What We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, business, or a related field. At least 5 yrs of experience across end‑to‑end supply chain functions, including demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and customer supply chain. Background in complex, multinational environments with strong cross‑functional and stakeholder management exposure.
