As a Senior Staff, Regional Analytics & Insights, you will support regional business decisions through accurate data management, market analysis, and insight generation. You will be responsible for managing assigned datasets and reports, ensuring data quality through data collection, validation, and cleaning, while conducting analysis to identify market trends, business opportunities, and performance gaps. Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, validate, and clean data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Prepare, maintain, and manage assigned weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support regional business performance monitoring. Analyse Samsung's market performance against key competitors across products, price segments, and channels, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Monitor product performance, market share, sell-out trends, and churn-in/churn-out movements to support business reviews and decision-making. Perform in-depth market analysis at regional, country, province, or city level to support local market strategies and business initiatives. Translate complex data into meaningful insights through clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders. Support regional business reviews by preparing analytical materials and responding to data-related requests from regional and local teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets to validate data, resolve reporting issues, and improve data quality. Support the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain reporting databases, data documentation, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across markets. Monitor updates to data sources and reporting platforms and support user adoption when required. Participate in regional analytics projects and perform other analytical assignments as delegated by supervisor. Skills and

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, commercial reporting, market research, or a related field.

Experience

working with large-scale datasets, including data collection, validation, cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and derive meaningful business insights. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, or similar analytics tools is highly preferred.

Experience

developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to internal stakeholders. Able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.

Experience
