Harvey is building the defining AI platform for professional services, and the caliber of our design has to match the ambition of the product. We're looking for a Design Manager to lead a team of designers and help elevate the quality, consistency, and execution of Harvey's creative work.
This is a player-coach role. You'll partner closely with Harvey's Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life, translating creative direction into exceptional design across Harvey's highest-impact work. You'll manage and mentor designers, provide thoughtful creative feedback, and remain hands-on with key projects when needed.
You'll help drive design across Harvey's creative activations—including events, brand campaigns, partnerships, and product launches—ensuring every touchpoint reflects a high standard of craft while helping the team grow and scale alongside the business.
This role reports directly to Scott Smith, VP of Creative, and sits within the Harvey Brand & Creative team. It's an opportunity to help shape one of the fastest-growing AI brands in the world while building and leading a high-performing design team.
