The role is based in Midwest, United States (remote). We are also looking for this candidate to be local to Cedar Rapids, IA for one year training. Where You’ll Make a Difference Build and strengthen relationships within the fuel ethanol and carbohydrate processing industry Support revenue growth by progressing opportunities and contributing to team sales targets Identify new business opportunities through understanding ethanol and manufacturing processes Assist in developing account plans and delivering commercial proposals aligned with strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical service, supply, marketing, and R&D Help implement IFF technologies such as enzymes, yeast, and fermentation additives Troubleshoot customer issues and identify unmet needs to deliver tailored solutions Utilize tools such as Salesforce, forecasting systems, and internal platforms to support sales execution What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
Experience
in a sales, customer service, or technical-facing role Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven mindset Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales-related systems How Would You Stand Out?
Experience
in ethanol, corn processing, agriculture, food, or chemical industries Knowledge of fermentation or industrial processing technologies Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities Why Choose Us?
