What you’ll achieve As a Staff Nurse, you’ll deliver life-sustaining care to patients with chronic kidney disease. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, provide dialysis treatments, monitor patient progress, and offer compassionate support that makes a real difference every single day. You will: Develop and maintain positive relationships through effective and timely communication with all customers; Address patient-related issues in a timely manner and assess daily patient care needs and develop appropriate patient care assignments; Responsible for accurate implementation of treatment prescription including Sodium (Na)modeling prescription, and Ultrafiltration modeling (where appropriate) to ensure stable treatment therapy; Actively participate in the pre-evaluation, initiation, termination, access homeostasis, and post evaluation of patients receiving dialysis treatment therapy; Implement, administer, monitor, and document patient’s response to prescribed interdialytic transfusions, including timely notification of adverse reactions to the physician and/or appropriate blood suppliers; Ensure all relevant data including physician’s orders, lab results, vital signs, treatment parameters and patient treatment data are documented and stored appropriately; Collaborate and communicate with physicians, other members of the healthcare team, Technicians, Utility staff, Cashiers and co-Nurses to interpret, adjust, and coordinate appropriate and excellent patient care. Requirements
Must have a valid PRC RN license Amenable to work on shifting schedules and on-call Fresh board passers, and those without experience are welcome to apply Desirable
