Engineer/ Sr Engineer Mechanical (Water/Waste Water)

Responsibilities
(Describe benchmark key responsibilities in concise, comprehensive statements.) •Responsible for Development of STP layouts with all its auxiliary units in the given plot area as per process requirements. •Preparation of Mechanical Civil GA drawings for civil units. •Preparation of mechanical RFQ for Boughtout equipments like Screens, Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible pumps, Dosing pumps, Screw Pumps, Blowers, Grit separator mechanisms, Thickener mechanisms, etc. •Preparation of mechanical RFQ for Boughtout systems like Chlorination systems, UV Systems, Scrubing systems, Biogas systems, Fire fighting systems, etc. •Preparation of valve schedule with detail specifications. •Preparation of Piping Layouts, isometrics & support detail drawings. •Preparation of Piping Bill of Material (BOM) with specifications. •Evaluation of vendor quotaions for all above boughtout equipments & systems, valves w.r.t.
