The SAP COE Quote to Cash (Q2C) 3PL Expert is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant end-to-end logistics processes within the Quote to Cash lifecycle by providing Application Management Services (AMS) support for third-party logistics (3PL) operations. The role contributes to business continuity, revenue accuracy, and customer satisfaction by resolving complex logistics, supporting integrations, and driving continuous process improvements. 1) Main tasks: Provide L2/L3 Application Management Services (AMS) support for end-to-end Quote to Cash logistics processes involving 3PL operations. Handle incident, problem, and change management for Q2C-logistics-related issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Support and monitor integrations with third-party logistics providers, including shipment execution, freight billing, proof of delivery, and carrier settlement processes. Perform root cause analysis for recurring logistics, interface, and implement permanent corrective solutions. Support month-end and period-end activities and issue resolution. Execute minor enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS scope. Manage logistics-related master data and transactional data impacting Q2C flows. 2) Secondary Tasks: Tasks regularly performed in support of primary responsibilities: Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams such as Order Management, Finance, Warehouse, Transportation, and IT. Collaborate with external 3PL partners to ensure smooth operational execution and timely issue resolution. Prepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles related to Q2C logistics support.. 3) Miscellaneous tasks: Support project-related activities and global rollouts related to logistics or Q2C process enhancements.
