- Partner with scheme representatives and internal stakeholders to turn complex scheme rules into clear guidance that supports business needs, technical simplicity, and product decisions.
- Actively share domain knowledge with team members through delegation, mentoring, and documentation.
- Assist in migration topics and integration options with Visa/Mastercard.
- Serve as point of contact for the customer to support defining workflows and gathering requirements based on their business needs
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements, challenging leadership decisions when necessary.
- Advocate for the use of available tools from Mastercard and educate stakeholders on their benefits.
What You'll Bring:
- Proactive leadership and initiative-taking, demonstrated through examples such as test API and tokenization projects (MDES and/or VTS).
- Strong requirement elicitation skills, capable of questioning and clarifying requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Extensive technical knowledge of payment schemes, EMV frameworks, and modern card-processing architectures.
- Proficiency in working with Visa and Mastercard scheme manuals, tools and simulators to complete tests.
- Experience using log analytics tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
