Purpose of the role Executes operational landside activities including pre-dispatch validations, dispatching, and post-dispatch workflows. Owns clearing system exceptions (Charge Control and Dispute Approval / Contract Change Transaction), validating documentation, and initiating or approving accessorial charges according to process. You will be Responsible for Monitoring the queue in the SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TM) and resolve flagged exceptions. Verifying the required documents for vendor invoice payments. Reviewing and approve or reject accessorial charges based on the supporting evidence provided. Coordinating with local and regional teams to obtain or correct missing or inaccurate data. Facilitating a minimum of two Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings per week. Participating in cross-functional knowledge-sharing and learning calls.
