About the Role As part of the Marketing for TENA in Brazil, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen market performance. This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on coordination, giving you exposure to key marketing activities across channels, including product launches, campaigns, and brand activations. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance, you will contribute to delivering impactful marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines. This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, offering an excellent opportunity to build your marketing career in a dynamic and international environment. What You Will Do Marketing Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Campaign & Activation Coordination: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and brand activations ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance metrics, including sales and market share, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Controlling teams to ensure aligned execution of initiatives. Marketing Materials & Agencies: Coordinate the creation and approval of marketing materials with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Budget & Administration: Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and invoices while supporting administrative marketing processes. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with specialization in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or Finance. Initial experience in marketing for consumer goods or retail environments. Familiarity with market data platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
