The Role & Your Impact Design, develop and promote enzyme products for animal feed, develop lab demos, and turn scientific data into clear technical and sales materials. Support customer pitches and product promotion, adapt products and applications to regional market needs, and translate customer needs into project targets. Lead and coordinate application projects, guide junior staff, work safely and efficiently. Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. What You’ll Need to Be Successful PhD in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Animal Health & Nutrition 5+ years’ experience in enzymes, animal nutrition, technical services and feed additives. Strong in experiment design, statistics, data analysis and scientific communication, and can use these skills to influence product sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and presentation skills, team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English, business travel up to 50% of working time.
