Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop Training Programs: Creating, customizing, and/or maintaining comprehensive training materials, including electronically delivered tools, to support various areas such as leadership development, management development, or change management. Deliver and Facilitate Training Sessions: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars in multiple formats, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and corporate messages. Assessing Training Needs: Collaborating with department managers and employees to identify training needs. Conducting surveys, interviews, and assessments to pinpoint areas for development. Evaluate and Improve Training Effectiveness: Collecting and analyzing feedback, conducting pilot sessions, and/or facilitating alternative delivery methods to continually assess and enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Our Lead Training Delivery jobs earn between $94,300.00 - $158,400.00 USD Annual.
