About the opportunity Join QIAGEN as a Commercial Partner Sales Manager responsible for driving growth across the Baltics and Central Asia region. In this highly visible commercial role, you will collaborate closely with our distributor and commercial partner network to expand QIAGEN’s Molecular Diagnostics and Life Sciences business. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Applications and Regional Sales teams, you will implement strategic growth plans, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and ensure commercial excellence across diverse markets. This role is ideally suited to a commercially driven professional with experience in Life Sciences and/ or Molecular Diagnostics, a strong track record of working with channel partners, and a passion for developing successful market strategies in emerging and developing markets. We are open to candidates based in Poland or Austria. Candidates based in Western Europe may also be considered if located close to an international airport. Your tasks: Strategy implementation: Implement corporate strategy in the region, through defined tactical plans. Validate and implement successful selling channels, processes and opportunities, while coaching and developing individuals/ teams of Commercial Partners so that they have the direction, skills and tools to achieve targets. Contribute to efficient market development and provide support to Commercial Partners’ implementation of Sales and Marketing plans. Customer focus: Through consulting, enhance customer satisfaction and increase our competitive advantage while building trust and relationships with customers through the Commercial Partner team. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key customers and references in conjunction with our Commercial Partners. Business/ market development: Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities through regular customer visits and references with the Commercial Partners. Together with the Commercial Partners conduct seminars/ exhibitions and develop strategic partnerships within the markets. Communicate market information through business teams, CRM market feedback, and/ or other approved channels. Business plan: Develop and integrate an effective portfolio business plan with appropriate team members of the Commercial Partners in the assigned territories. Focus on involvement in tender processes to facilitate acquisition of the QIAGEN portfolio by customers. Develop monthly sales forecasts and support Commercial Partners to meet expectations. Your profile Please submit your application in English Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline. Proven experience in sales within the Life Sciences and/ or Molecular Diagnostics industry. Demonstrated success in managing and developing distributor, channel partner or indirect sales networks. Strong business planning, forecasting and commercial management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, written and spoken is essential as well as Russian speaking. Ideally based in Poland or Austria with willingness to travel extensively across the region (approximately 30-40%).
