As a Service & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our branch operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is not a traditional administrative position. You'll serve as the operational hub connecting customers, technicians, logistics partners, and shop personnel to ensure equipment, parts, and service orders move seamlessly from start to finish. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a hands-on environment, and take pride in keeping operations organized and moving forward, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact every day. ️ What You'll Be Doing Service & Customer Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins. Create and process service work orders using ServiceMax, STEEB, and other business systems. Coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, equipment movement, and customer requests. Prepare service documentation, customer sign-off paperwork, and shipment confirmations. Maintain accurate billing information, time entries, and customer payment records. Logistics & Equipment Support Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of electric submersible pumps and related equipment. Schedule deliveries, pickups, freight shipments, and transportation logistics. Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring equipment is handled safely. Pressure wash, inspect, triage, palletize, and prepare pumps for shipment to customers or regional facilities. Ensure freight terms, inventory details, and service information are accurately entered and maintained. Shop & Branch Operations Support service technicians by creating work orders and pulling parts needed for repairs. Assist with parts organization, inventory movement, and operational workflow within the shop. Track branch metrics and help ensure service commitments and customer deadlines are achieved. Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety throughout all branch operations. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, shop support, service coordination, or administrative roles. Experience using ERP, service management, or inventory systems Forklift experience preferred Ability to work comfortably in both office and warehouse/shop environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to safely assist with material handling and equipment movement.
