Product Marketing Specialist — Startups

OSOME PH, Philippines, Southeast Asia (SEA) & India
Remote Full Time

Job description

Osome is redefining the "back office" for the next generation of global entrepreneurs. We are the AI Company Management Platform for global founders, executing a pure-play solution to the $100B macro opportunity: automating the messy, expensive, deeply unsexy cross-system coordination work that plagues the independent professional economy.

As our Product Marketing Specialist for the Startup segment, you will be the primary execution engine of our high-velocity scale-up and venture-backed growth. This is a high-autonomy role requiring a rare, scrappy "full-stack" product marketer: someone who can analyze early-stage incorporation bottlenecks on Monday, draft a high-converting multi-entity landing page on Tuesday, and activate an accelerator or incubator partnership by Thursday.

Working as the definitive execution partner supporting our Senior PMM, your mission is to ensure our middle-of-the-funnel pipeline remains highly optimized, fed, and responsive. You will translate our sophisticated infrastructure—like our proprietary Gen-AI ledger, Model Context Protocol (MCP) queryable database tools, and predictive Virtual CFO frameworks—into clear, simple narratives that prove why legacy DIY software is just an "Empty Car" dashboard treadmill, completely removing corporate friction for scaling startup builders.

What to expect:

  • Funnel Conversion Optimization: Achieve a target 3% MoM improvement in conversion rates across the middle-of-the-funnel by empowering tech founders with highly aligned, segment-specific assets.
  • Pipeline Velocity Support: Empower prospects with highly contextual, stage-specific structural information that directly shortens the sales cycle and drives deal progression.
  • Product Activation & Upsell Loops: Drive the adoption, feature stickiness, and recurring utilization of advanced features (e.g., Cap Table setups, Corporate Tax filing modules, advanced Fintech syncs).
  • Sales Readiness Optimization: Maintain an up-to-date, authoritative repository of competitive positioning frameworks and objection-handling materials to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Accelerator Channel Growth: Expand Osome's market footprint by successfully embedding our brand into core venture hubs, incubators, tech clusters, and startup ecosystems

If you want to build confidence, judgement, and ownership, it will be.

What you'll do:

  • Startup Market Intelligence & Deep Research: Conduct exhaustive primary and secondary research across our 4 core markets to identify localized structural hurdles (e.g., UAE mandatory pre-inc licensing, Enterprise Singapore grant milestones).
  • ICP Generation & Startup Maintenance: Construct, refine, and continuously update hyper-specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and actionable buyer personas tailored to fast-scaling tech startups and venture-backed entities.
  • Sales Enablement Production: Mine deep insights from sales remits, customer feedback loops, and competitive intelligence to build highly actionable middle-of-funnel collateral, including battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, and clear objection-handling documentation.
  • Product-First Onboarding Support: Map and optimize guided, product-first onboarding materials and pathways that allow new customer cohorts to segway into the platform seamlessly while accelerating time-to-value.
  • Middle-of-Funnel Asset Architecture: Collaborate with and support the Senior PMM by developing high-converting segment-specific landing pages, interactive product demos, social selling toolkits, and orchestrating targeted product-focused webinars.
  • Venture Hub Infiltration & GTM Activation: Identify, map, and systematically penetrate accelerator networks, digital startup spaces, and regional hubs (e.g., Hub71, DIFC, ADGM), partnering with growth squads to weaponize these channels for GTM.
  • Campaign Value Optimization: Work closely alongside growth and performance marketing teams to refine, split-test, and strengthen core value propositions across active digital initiatives.
  • Field Marketing Injections: Provide regional and field marketing teams with fresh execution ideas, plug-and-play materials, localized insights, and highly tactical segment updates for venture events.
  • Product-Led CRM Nurtures: Coordinate closely with CRM squads to orchestrate automated, behavioral, product-led email marketing campaigns engineered to drive product engagement and uncover qualified sales opportunities.
  • In-App Adoption & Upsell Orchestration: Collaborate with product teams to successfully activate new feature releases, maximize core product adoption, reduce customer service contact rates, and surface contextual, organic upgrade opportunities within the application interface.
  • Competitive Battlefront Tracking: Monitor and maintain an explicit tactical radar on budget churners (e.g., Sleek, Grof), global platform transaction boundaries (e.g., Cosmos's 75-transaction ceiling), and domestic landlockers (e.g., doola, Stripe Atlas).

Who you are:

  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Campaign Execution within a fast-paced B2B SaaS, FinTech, or corporate tech startup workspace.
  • Proven track record of personally developing high-impact sales enablement tools, landing pages, interactive media assets, and automated email lifecycle sequences.
  • Hands-on mastery of modern growth stacks, digital analytics tools, and CRM automation infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Strong structural understanding of the early-stage tech startup matrix, multi-entity corporate structures, or venture capital frameworks; preference will be given to candidates who have worked directly within scaling venture-backed tech environments.

You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.

Key Competencies

  • Segment-Level Intuition: The absolute capability to recognize that marketing a multi-jurisdictional operating system to a venture-backed tech startup scaling a TopCo requires a fundamentally different hook than speaking to a bootstrapped lifestyle startup.
  • The "Financial Friend" Voice: You write like a knowledgeable human helping a human. You can effortlessly cut the corporate coldness and translate complex regulatory rules, tax compliance frameworks, and corporate secretarial hurdles into simple, conversational, and actionable copy.
  • Scrappy & Execution-Obsessed: A natural bias for action with a love for the execution layer. You excel at taking high-level product strategies and rapidly converting them into high-performing live assets, playbooks, and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Agility: Fluency in moving swiftly from anecdotal feedback to quantitative validation. You know how to track conversion drops, audit behavioral user metrics, and use data to refine growth messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional alignment capabilities, enabling you to seamlessly gather, synthesize, and deploy insights between Product Development, Growth Engineers, and customer-facing Sales squads.

These aren’t just checkboxes; they are the heartbeat of how we win together.

Our Benefits

  • Multi-cultural environment to enhance your global perspective.
  • Learning opportunities and mentorship from peers and leaders.
  • An agile working model focused on goals and performance.
  • Remote working arrangement.
  • Office laptop and other equipment provided.
  • Monthly health allowance of USD 92.
