What this job involves: The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The role is highly client-facing and involves managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of project management best practices. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for problem-solving, adapting to changing requirements, and maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Manage project schedules, track milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Coordinate resources across multiple teams and functions, manage resource conflicts, and synchronize schedules to maintain project momentum. Communicate project expectations, updates, and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and clients in a timely and professional manner. Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers. Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to ensure project success. Participate in project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables. Support vendor coordination, procurement processes, and financial tracking related to project activities. Foster a collaborative and service-oriented environment, building positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and supporting the implementation of best practices. Education
and experience · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project management, business administration, or a related field. · 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a related role, preferably within facilities management, real estate, or a similar industry. · Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, integrity, and good judgment. ·
Experience
in vendor coordination, procurement, and financial tracking is preferred.
