Responsibilities
Process ACH windows for customers including origination file preparation, manual kick to system for processing, balance, and evaluation of suspends and unmatched files in a timely and accurate manner. Process guidance and gather applicable approvals within 5 day guidance overlines for unresolved online transactions, deletions, reversals, and corporate reclaims in a timely and accurate manner. Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for changes, additions, or deletions in Paperless Entry Processing (PEP). Process and respond to government reclamations within required timeframe. Complete Automatic Transfer Generator (ATG) verification and set-up. Research and process late returns and Power of Attorney (POA) documents. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
