The Impact You’ll Make in this Role In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth for our New Product Launches while helping to achieve our contract receipt targets for these New Products. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our solution foot print in our customer base and increasing the total spend our customers have with Solventum today. By developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, you will attract new customers and secure high-value deals. Working with our Beta Customers along with the product owners of the New Products, industry expected ROI norms will be developed, documented and reported as part of the New Product Development process. Leveraging advanced sales tools and techniques, you will identify opportunities and assist in closing deals efficiently. Your collaboration with the sales team will ensure the execution of effective sales campaigns, ultimately leading to significant revenue generation and the company's financial success. As a Director, New Product Go -To - Market - Healthcare Technology you will have the opportunity to tap into your professional curiosity and industry experience to help Solventum HIS to more efficiently and successfully bring new solutions to the healthcare market. In this role you will be expected to: Clearly communicate value and business benefits to C-level decision makers. Use deep client knowledge to align short- and long-term solution roadmaps with expected value, measurable results, and trusted advisor relationships. Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to the NPI/Product team on key areas including ROI measurement, executive dashboard reporting, and the product roadmap. Collaborate on sales tools, content, and enablement resources that remove barriers and support target growth for assigned new product introductions. Establish a robust target list for early adopters in conjunction with each sales region. Drive pipeline development and sales for assigned new launch products, aligning efforts to established growth targets through close collaboration with field sales and sales management teams. Partner with strategic sales executives to develop scalable strategies for deploying emerging technologies across sales regions. Exhibits leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers. Accepts direction and assumes leadership as appropriate. Maintain and build respect among clients, and co-workers. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of sales or healthcare experience. OR High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of sales or healthcare experience. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Ability to travel 50% Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 5+ years’ experience with EMR/EHR, data analytic platforms (ex. NLP), and/or healthcare coding software. Successful healthcare IT direct sales experience with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Proven ability to position value / benefits with “C level” decision makers; ability to initiate and develop successful selling strategies both early in the product development cycle but also at scale. Proven ability to work cross functionally with an organization to ensure success of the common goal. Ability to provide constructive feedback in a confident and professional manner to functional areas outside of sales. Energetic self-starter who possesses an intense sense of urgency. Action oriented and results driven. A person with a strong “hands on” and disciplined work ethic. Sets a quick pace and constantly raises the bar for themselves towards higher levels of achievement.
