Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Customer
Experience
team. Maintain and update records, documents, and internal systems. Assist with data entry, reporting, and process-related activities. Support the coordination of customer-related requests and internal communications. Help ensure that daily tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and administrative activities. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a university program. Availability to work 20 hours per week. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Good communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer-focused environment.
