Role Overview

As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of large, multi-country customer programmes. You'll act as the primary customer contact, leading global planning, managing programme risks and dependencies, and ensuring teams stay aligned across multiple regions. Working closely with a Programme Consultant, you'll coordinate project managers, drive governance and keep complex programmes on track from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of global, multi-country programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Own programme planning across multiple countries and workstreams.
  • Manage programme RAID logs and ensure risks, issues and decisions are proactively addressed.
  • Support and coach country-level Project Managers.
  • Remove barriers and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
  • Partner closely with a Programme Consultant to drive programme success.
  • Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders across regions.
  • Track programme progress, milestones and dependencies.
  • Provide clear governance, reporting and communication throughout the programme lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-country programmes within a SaaS, technology or Professional Services environment.
  • Previous experience operating at Programme Manager level, leading multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders within a broader programme.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent programme planning, governance and RAID management experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track.
  • A technical mindset with the ability to understand implementation complexity, systems and interdependencies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading through influence within matrixed organisations.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex global environments.
