Your New Role… As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance organization, offering a great opportunity to participate in the continued evolution of FP&A processes and reporting. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance team by providing high-quality data, maintaining financial models, performing various analyses, and supporting the forecasting and month-end close processes. In addition, you will provide financial expertise and insights to Finance and business partners to support informed decision-making. Your Role Accountabilities… Support the monthly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes based on prepared financial models and business inputs to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis. Maintain financial models and planning tools based on actual financial results and updated business assumptions. Lead financial analyses to provide insights into business performance and identify risks and opportunities. Prepare variance analyses to explain actual and forecasted performance versus prior year, plan, and prior forecast. Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance teams supporting month-end close processes, reviewing accruals, providing feedback, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Manage and maintain financial databases, reporting files, and planning models. Maintain helpful, productive relationships with key Finance and business stakeholders to encourage the flow of information and share knowledge. Assist business partners with finance-related projects and ad hoc analyses. Support automation and simplification projects to improve the efficiency of FP&A processes and reporting. Perform data validation and reporting quality reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Qualifications & Experience… 3–5 years' experience in a Finance function, preferably within an FP&A environment. Diversified experience in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, modeling, and strong analytical skills. Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Very good English. Great communication skills and relationship-building abilities. Ability to establish professional, trust-based relationships with a variety of finance and non-finance stakeholders. Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adhere to strict deadlines. Advanced Excel skills. Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using EPM solutions such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar financial planning tools.
