Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Vietnam

We are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Vietnam to join our Regulatory Affairs team in APAC. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliant and efficient market access for our products in Vietnam, working closely with regional and global colleagues in a highly collaborative environment. The Role & Your Impact As Regulatory Affairs Specialist – Vietnam, you will be responsible for supporting regulatory compliance and product registrations in accordance with Vietnamese regulations. You will act as a trusted regulatory partner to internal stakeholders while contributing to consistent, high‑quality regulatory practices across the region. Your key responsibilities include: Supporting preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory dossiers and notifications for the Vietnamese market Assessing applicable Vietnamese regulations related to food, beverage, biotechnology, and related product areas Providing regulatory advice and interpretations to Commercial, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal teams Monitoring regulatory developments in Vietnam and assessing potential business impacts, risks, and opportunities Coordinating with APAC and global Regulatory Affairs colleagues to align on regulatory strategies Supporting regulatory risk assessments for new and existing products Acting as a key contact point for regulatory and compliance inquiries related to Vietnam Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining regulatory documentation such as statements, SDS, and product labels Contributing to continuous improvements in regulatory processes, documentation quality, and response efficiency What You’ll Need to Be Successful A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain regulatory topics clearly to non‑regulatory stakeholders High professionalism, customer focus, and strong facilitation and presentation skills The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel A structured and detail‑oriented approach to documentation and record‑keeping Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not mandatory, the following experience would be an advantage: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Product Stewardship, Product Development, or Food Safety Knowledge of Vietnamese regulations and guidelines related to enzyme or food ingredient registrations
Experience
preparing regulatory documentation for customer‑facing purposes, such as regulatory statements or technical datasheets
Experience
working in a regional or global regulatory setup
