As our Business Development Manager in Vietnam, you will take ownership of one of our most important growth markets, driving commercial success and building strong partnerships across the animal health and nutrition ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine market development, customer engagement, and strategic execution in a fast-growing and dynamic industry. The Role & Your Impact As a Business Development Manager, you will lead commercial development in Vietnam, driving revenue growth while strengthening Novonesis’ position as a trusted BioSolutions partner. Your key responsibilities include: Developing and managing strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders Driving distributor performance through business reviews, target setting, and commercial negotiations Identifying and capturing new business opportunities across market segments Leading account planning, demand forecasting, and pipeline management Delivering revenue, profitability, and market share targets Translating regional and global strategies into actionable local plans Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to ensure customer success Representing Novonesis at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements What You’ll Need to Be Successful We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth. Required qualifications: Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Aquaculture, Agriculture, or a related field Significant experience in the Vietnamese Animal Health & Nutrition market Minimum 10 years of B2B commercial experience in animal health, feed, or related industries Proven track record in business development and delivering sales growth Strong experience managing distributors, key accounts, and territories Ability to own sales targets, forecasting, and pipeline management Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Additional Skills & Interests We Value
Experience
across aquaculture, monogastric, or ruminant segments Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales processes
Experience
working in a regional or global matrix organization Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative Curiosity about market trends and value chain developments
