Responsibilities
Shape Samsung's Corporate Reputation Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that strengthen Samsung Singapore's reputation across corporate, consumer and technology narratives. Drive earned media opportunities that position Samsung as the leader in innovation, AI and connected experiences. Build compelling stories that resonate with media, creators, government partners and industry stakeholders. Build Executive Thought Leadership Partner senior executives to develop strategic thought leadership platforms. Identify opportunities including keynote speeches, industry forums, interviews and panel discussions. Provide media coaching, messaging support and executive communications. Elevate Samsung's leadership profile through meaningful storytelling and earned influence. Lead Samsung's Owned Storytelling Own and evolve Samsung Singapore's corporate storytelling ecosystem. Including: Samsung Newsroom LinkedIn Corporate campaigns CSR storytelling Employer branding content You'll develop original content that showcases innovation, purpose, people and impact while adapting global narratives into stories relevant for Singapore. Build Meaningful Media & Creator Relationships Cultivate trusted relationships across Singapore's media and creator ecosystem. Work alongside agency partners to identify impactful storytelling opportunities. Bring together journalists, creators and industry voices to amplify Samsung's innovations through authentic, culturally relevant conversations. Drive One Samsung CSR Support the continued evolution of Samsung's flagship CSR initiatives while identifying new partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions and community organisations. Help shape programmes that inspire the next generation through technology and innovation. Partner Across the Samsung Ecosystem Collaborate to maintain a one SS paid, earned, social and owned marketing communications engine. Work closely with teams across: Integrated Marketing Product Marketing Retail CRM Social eCommerce Regional HQ (SEAO office) Global HQ (Suwon) to ensure every story reflects one consistent Samsung voice. Manage Regional & Global Stakeholders Samsung operates at a global scale. You'll collaborate regularly with colleagues across Regional HQ and Global HQ, supporting regional initiatives, sharing Singapore best practices and representing the Singapore office on international projects. The role will require overseas travel (approximately twice a year) to support regional meetings, global product launches, planning workshops and capability development. Qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity and data-driven decision making. You are someone who: Has 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Brand Communications. Believes the best stories are backed by audience insights, cultural intelligence and measurable outcomes, not instinct alone. Is comfortable analysing media performance, share of voice, sentiment, engagement and audience insights to optimise communications strategies and demonstrate business impact. Loves storytelling and understands how narratives shape brands, reputation and influence. Is deeply curious about technology, culture, AI and evolving digital platforms. Thinks creatively while remaining commercially minded, balancing bold ideas with business objectives. Can manage multiple stakeholders with confidence and influence across different levels of the organisation. Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities. Is proactive, resourceful and takes ownership from strategy through execution. Enjoys working collaboratively across functions, cultures and regional teams. Strong understanding of local and regional media landscape. Has experience managing agencies, media partners and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Is willing to travel internationally approximately twice a year to support regional meetings, global product launches and business priorities.
Experience
