Job description

Position Summary: Astemo is a global product leader in advanced, sustainable mobility technologies. We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist Intern to support HR Operations, specifically with the development and implementation of our Operations Excellence System. Under the direction of the HR Manager and HR team, this role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing HR operations, onboarding, data/reporting, and administrative support. This internship is designed to develop practical HR skills while contributing to key strategic initiatives that support Astemo’s people and culture. Minimum

(Education, Experience, and Skills): Knowledge of computer systems and software necessary to perform the job duties Ability to work 40 hours per week during the agreed internship period Reliable transportation to the Greenfield, IN facility (on-site role) Currently pursuing or accepted into an associate or bachelor’s degree program in: Human Resources Business / Management/ Administration or related field Marketing / Communications Psychology/Sociology

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department: 50% Support new hire orientation and onboarding processes: 10% Assist with associate engagement activities and HR events: 10% Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and project tracking: 10% Other duties as assigned: 20%
