Role
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary steward for Salesforce data across Sales and Success, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and remains evergreen. Partner with Business Intelligence to define and maintain data dictionaries, naming conventions, and metadata documentation for Salesforce objects and fields. Create, maintain, and clearly communicate a formal process for updating Salesforce objects, fields, and related data rules. Review and validate change requests, ensuring that requests align with business needs, data governance standards, and system scalability. Partner with enablement teams to provide training to stakeholders on data quality best practices and the approved process for requesting Salesforce data changes. Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Assist in defining measurable data quality KPIs and provide reporting on data governance performance. Develop and maintain documentation including data flow diagrams, governance frameworks, change-control processes, and user guides.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
collaborating with IT or system administrators to implement CRM data changes. Familiarity with Sales & Success workflows and KPIs.
Experience
with tools such as Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking and documentation. Minimum
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related field. 2–3 years of experience working with Salesforce data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data trends and recommend improvements. Identify and analyze problems to develop iterative improvements Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy, structure, and process discipline. Ability to work independently with guidance and support as needed in a structured environment. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 107 000 and 161 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
