Senior Product Manager – International Marketing | Endodontics Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Salary: €55,000 fixed salary + 10% annual performance bonus Ready to shape the future of Endodontics on a global scale? We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – International Marketing who is ready to make a genuine impact on our international business. Why this role is different This is far more than a traditional Product Management role. You'll own the strategy and lifecycle of an international product portfolio, working with colleagues across Europe, North America and Latin America while collaborating closely with Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams. You'll influence products from concept to commercialization, helping shape the future of one of Henry Schein's most strategic businesses. Your ideas won't stay on a PowerPoint slide. You'll have the opportunity to turn them into products used by clinicians worldwide. You'll have real ownership, significant visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to influence decisions that make a measurable difference for customers and patients around the world. International travel (approximately 20–30%) will be part of the role. What you'll be doing As our Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy and commercial success of your product portfolio by: Defining and executing international product strategies. Managing the complete product lifecycle from concept through commercialization. Identifying market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis. Developing compelling positioning, pricing strategies and value propositions. Leading international product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams. Building trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and commercial teams. Monitoring portfolio performance and driving continuous growth, innovation and profitability. What success looks like During your first year, you'll: Successfully launch new products into international markets. Become the recognised expert for your product portfolio. Build strong relationships with commercial teams, KOLs and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop long-term portfolio strategies that support sustainable business growth. Deliver measurable commercial impact through strategic product management. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with curiosity, commercial awareness and a passion for innovation. You'll be a great fit if you have: At least eight years of Product Management experience within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
Experience
managing international or regional product portfolios. Strong expertise in product strategy, portfolio management, pricing and commercialization.
Experience
working within cross-functional and multicultural environments. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. A customer-first mindset and the ability to turn market insights into business opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline (MBA is a plus). Languages Fluent English (required).
