Experienced Supply Chain Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join the Spares Execution Team within its Supply Chain Organization in Hazelwood, Missouri. The position will consist of ensuring on-time delivery of spares support of the DLA/USAF. The successful candidates will be expected to serve as the primary execution support focal for assigned delivery requirements and support U.S. and Non-U.S. Government Military customers. Position
Responsibilities
to include (but are not limited to): Order execution review and order launch Validate supplier schedules Manage high volume of purchase requirements and/or manufactured requirements to ensure purchase order placement Shortage mitigation Constraint management Provide order status Troubleshooting Develop solutions to complex problems with solutions that are consistent with organization objectives, Perform analysis on requirements and supplier schedules to accommodate numerous customer requirements Partner with numerous ancillary functions to ensure customer commitments are met Serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for the team on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of spares, requirements, and will be required to compile and present performance data to various levels of management Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture Assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts Primary systems and tools include CCS, CAAT, SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel Basic
Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets Minimum of 3 years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience
