Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives. Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans aligned with customer and business goals. Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships. Manage distributor relationships, including business planning, performance monitoring, and market development activities. Lead customer projects by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions. Understand market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, business reviews, and customer presentations. Support pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure sustainable business growth. Collaborate with Marketing, Consumer Insights, Perfumery, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, preferably within Fragrance, Flavors, Ingredients, FMCG, Cosmetics, Chemical, or related industries. Proven experience managing B2B customer relationships and delivering business growth. Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and profitability management. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Mandarin and English. How Would You Stand Out?

Experience

within the Fragrance industry or related sensory-driven industries. Strong understanding of consumer products, product development processes, and market trends. Knowledge of fragrance creation and evaluation processes is an advantage.
