O profissional presta suporte técnico a engenheiros de pesquisa e desenvolvimento e cientistas na preparação e execução de atividades e estudos experimentais na área de plásticos (especialmente polietileno) e plásticos especiais. Fornece suporte técnico para desenvolvimento de produtos, desenvolvimento de aplicações, serviços técnicos e/ou pesquisa. Essa função exige que você ganhe proficiência por meio de treinamento e experiência no trabalho. Você precisa de habilidades profundas nesta disciplina ou de conhecimento de uma variedade de processos, procedimentos e sistemas. Você também precisa de um amplo entendimento do trabalho e saber como aplicar conhecimentos e habilidades para concluir as tarefas atribuídas. Você deve compreender como sua equipe trabalha e junto com outras pessoas atingir os objetivos e ser capaz de trocar informações detalhadas e complexas com outros membros da equipe. Assegura a calibração e manutenção no prazo dos equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade. Atua como focal point ou back-up em ferramentas de digitalização do laboratório. Contribui para a eficiência global do laboratório e prioriza os testes das plataformas estratégicas. Apoia a implementação de novas capacidades analíticas. Atua de forma independente em tarefas padrão, orienta o grupo e demonstra iniciativa para identificar e implementar melhorias (equipamentos, procedimentos, ergonomia, digitalização). Treina e mentora técnicos, estagiários e usuários internos nos equipamentos, técnicas analíticas e execução segura das tarefas. Demonstra consistentemente os valores Dow e os mais altos padrões éticos; participa de programas de desenvolvimento. Qualificações: Curso técnico em química, plástico ou relacionado com CRQ ativo De 3 à 5 anos de experiência profissional relevante em técnicas analíticas citadas (Cromatografia, Infravermelho, Análises térmicas) e os seguintes equipamentos: -Calorimetria Exploratória Diferencial (DSC) -Análise Termogravimétrica (TGA) -Espectrometria de massas -Espectroscopia de Infravermelho por Transformada de Fourier (FTIR) -Varredura de Frequência em DMS (Análise Mecânica Dinâmica) -Espectroscopia de Absorção Atômica -Microscopia Ótica Desejável: Inglês intermediário Curso superior na área técnica.
