Job Summary

Participates in a short-term program designed to provide practical work experience relevant to an academic major and compliments formal education. We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to support day-to-day operations in backlog and inventory management. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in international business economics or math engineering-related fields who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in supply chain processes, procurement, data tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Support team activities related to backlog and inventory management Track and monitor material movement and availability (waybill requests) Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting Help identify gaps and contribute to process improvements Maintain and update tracking tools and dashboards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and improvements Job Level Specifications: Acquires basic skills through work experience or formal training to perform routine tasks.. Requirements

English proficiency (required) – written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organization Ability to work with data and interpret insights Continuous Improvement Proactive mindset with willingness to learn Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Preferred Skills (Desirable, but not needed) Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools Familiarity with supply chain or operations concepts is a plus Basic programming skills (Python or web development) is a bonus Competencies Analytical thinking Communication skills Adaptability and curiosity Team collaboration Continuous improvement mindset

Education

and Certification(s): One year remaining before graduating from university. Distinguishing Characteristics: Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Additional Information: This is a paid internship. Work schedule is hybrid schedule some days in-office, some days WFH (20 hrs. per week) Must be available for seasonal work from September 2026-March 2026. Selected candidate must provide their own housing, internet access and transportation. Relocation is not offered for this role. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
