Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue Italy, Iberia, Switzerland About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Manager in our new Consumer Tissue Business Unit who will lead the category of Consumer Tissue for Italy, Iberia, Switzerland Europe. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director Consumer Tissue Central-South region and be based in Italy (Legnano). You will be responsible for leading & implementing the marketing for the brands Tempo, Plenty, Colhogar in the countries in-scope and you will manage tree direct reports (Brand Manager Italy, Senior Brand Manager Iberia and Senior Brand Manager Switzerland). Additionally, the resource will be part of the Italy Leadership Team. What You Will Do Develop, manage and implement marketing plan and activities for assigned brands Contribute to 5Y strategic plan including physical, mental and product availability drivers and financial planning Contribute to the local innovation development work including active driving and participation in the local new product development and innovation Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different marketing activities Manage product launch process according to agreed plan and within assigned budget for area of responsibility Ensure end-to-end approach together with sales & customer marketing, mill and global teams. Ensure accurate logistic forecast for Consumer Tissue brands and take active part in the regular S&OP process Manage category performance review & communication to management Lead and develop Team of Direct reports Who You Are University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration Significant experience in brand marketing within international FMCG companies (B2C focus), with a minimum of 10–15 years, ideally managing multiple brands and/or operating across different geographies Proven team leadership experience, including managing both direct and remote teams Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management Collaborative leadership style, with a proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation Strong financial acumen combined with strategic and holistic thinking capabilities What We Can Offer You Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
